Alpina Raggi S.p.A. pays particular attention to the quality of its production, as evidenced by constant inspections starting off from raw material up to the finished product.



Checks are conducted both in-house and externally through a close and long standing collaboration with the “Istituto Scientifico Breda SpA Milan” - Breda Scientific Instutite -(www.isbreda.it) that performs tests and provides specialist advice on the classification of products.

The management atAlpina Raggi S.p.A. applies the Quality Management System with particular emphasis on customers' satisfaction and therefore focuses on:

providing products and services that effectively meet the expectations of clients during all stages until delivery to the customer; determining the quality policy, its goals and plan activities necessary to achieve them, according to ISO 9001: 2000; spreading the culture of prevention, paying particular attention to actions preventing the emergence of possible causes of unsatisfied customers; conducting periodic reviews to ensure the adequacy, application and the long-term effectiveness of the Quality Management System and availability of resources needed for its application.
